Very Disappointed

Bought a car from him , assured us everything worked. On drive home a/c didn't work so I arranged for system to be re-gased, engineer tried but condenser had a hole in it , informed Jason and he said he'd look into it . I went to a garage to find disc's and pads needed replacing, a new bottom wishbone was needed as well, due to these problems mechanic checked oil and filter and was obvious these had not been changed which Jason had told us had been done and signed service book accordingly. I messaged Jason my concerns and asked if he'd be prepared to give a partial refund towards these costs, I have been blanked with out any correspondence. We are considering small claims count.
