It’s all great when you come in as a cus

On the 16th of June, my wife paid a £500 deposit, but after 4 days she changed her mind. As of yesterday, it's been 3 weeks and she still hasn’t been able to get the deposit back. Every other day someone is supposedly going to take care of it, call back, or it’s “just about to be sorted.” We’re speechless at how you treat potential customers!
