I visited the dealership on Saturday with my wife to look at the Mercedes offers, We had great service from Vickie the sales assistant, had two test drives and agreed a deal, a trade in figure was agreed for our current car, a deposit was paid and all finance etc signed for including an handshake on the dealSunday morning I received a call from the finance department stating they had made a mistake with the trade in figures and said I would have to contribute an additional £2000 towards the deposit. I find it unacceptable that a dealer of this size can make such an error. Safe to say I will not be visiting Mercedes Chesterfield again.
