Awful customer service

Agreed a price with Seller last Wednesday and arranged for pick up on Sat, he said to give 2 hours notice before I arrived on Sat. On Sat I called the seller at 12 to say I was on the way and 2 hours away and he said not to come as the car wasn't available to collect as it was being used by someone else as a courtesy car, but he'd have it back soon / later that week. On Wednesday I called again and he mumbled some nonsense about an AC unit not working so it was still out as a courtesy car. On Friday I called again, he said the car still hadn't been returned. I said if you don't have the car you shouldn't advertise it as being available now and he said "yeah ok, f*** you" and he hung up.
