⭐ 1 Star - Avoid if you can

We were about to buy a Leapmotor T03 from Drive Vauxhall, but the experience quickly turned into a nightmare. Although it was being sold through a Vauxhall dealer, we later discovered that aftersales support was poor – no proper Vauxhall backing. Getting the finance agreement sorted was an absolute hassle, with delays and confusion at every turn. We ultimately decided to pull out of the sale due to the unacceptable service, but they refused to refund our deposit. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we’re entitled to a refund, and yet they’re still refusing. Shocking behaviour for a dealer with the Vauxhall name above the door. Avoid if you can – poor communication, poor service, and questionable practices.
