Superb, highly recommend

My other half wanted a good mini automatic as a runabout and knowing nothing about them, I knew James has been trading fairly exclusively in them for decades so would be able to explain the ‘sweet spot’ of age versus spec etc. I was right, we came out with options that were nothing like I’d expected (but cheaper payments) and he explained each variant and the positives and negatives. James explained exactly how to manage finance applications (didn’t force us into their own arrangements as most garages do) and then liaised with my partner when he felt she wasn’t getting the best finance deal. None of this was of any material benefit to James, it was a sincere desire to help. The car is super, pretty much as new and she’s very happy. I’ve seen a lot of car deals but this one felt unusually honest and sincere. Highly recommended
