Poor Service Department

Kia in Dukinfield has an incredibly poor Service department which is led by a manager that doesn't care. They supposedly repaired my Kia but then 3 days later, it was still broken. They told me to carry on driving it, even though an independent mechanic told me it could ruin the gearbox. They refused to provide a courtesy car saying that there wasn't one available. They never ring with information or updates. It is the worst service department I have ever dealt with.
