AVOID! Bought a used (2017) Mazda3 in Jan 2025—constant issues since. Had to return it 7 times in 3 months, no courtesy car provided. Initial problems: nail in tire, broken wing mirror, loose boot shelf, and dirty with previous owner’s items inside. Despite promises, these weren’t fixed before delivery. Wing mirror replacement was delayed due to damaged part, though tire was finally fixed. Later faced brake support issue from a bad windshield replacement, needing 2 visits. Then battery malfunction—never resolved as it required an expensive start/stop battery, which I replaced myself. Terrible after-sales service. Avoid this dealer.
