Bought a 2019vw shuttle a month ago noticed a cover missing from light in footwell was told by Graham on order on collection van had been reversed up a slop and parked didn’t think anything would b wrong so drove home after not been offered a test drive or given keys till I had paid deposit and signed for Finance got back to kent all fine till tried to reverse car vibrated badly got in touch with company told u have bring it back to Saltash I did to b told something story about a belt in gearbox not true by Gary Machanic drove home went to vw told me no belt in box had no light cover delivered as promised
