⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointed – Avoid McCarthy Cars Croydon I deeply regret buying a car from McCarthy Cars Croydon. I’ve owned the vehicle for only 6 months, and it has already spent 3 of those months in their garage due to a persistent engine issue that they have repeatedly failed to resolve. From day one, the car has been faulty, and despite multiple visits (5 times in 6 months!) to their service department, the problem is still not fixed. The entire McCarthy Cars service team has shown a complete lack of competence and accountability. Every time I go back, I’m met with poor service, vague answers, and no real solutions. They simply do not know how to resolve the issue — or worse, don’t care. I trusted McCarthy Cars to sell me a reliable vehicle and provide support, but instead I’ve been left with a defective car, lost time, and endless frustration. This has been the worst car-buying experience of my life. Do yourself a favour and avoid McCarthy Cars. I would never recommend them to anyone.
