Avoid at all costs

I bought a Citroën C4 Picasso from Charnwood Cars and it broke down shortly after the purchase. The service centre diagnosed a faulty urea tank that needed replacing. I tried contacting the dealership, but they avoided me for two weeks. Eventually, they agreed to cover only half of the £700 repair cost. The car continued to break down every one to two weeks, with various other faults emerging. This was by far the worst purchase I’ve ever made. I do not recommend Charnwood Cars – stay away.
