Terrible experience
🚫 Avoid the Jack Henry Group – Extremely Poor Experience 🚫 I bought a van from the Jack Henry Group, and just a few weeks later, it developed an AdBlue system fault. I contacted them immediately, and they told me to bring it back so they could fix it. After keeping my van for about a week, they told me it was ready for collection. When I picked it up, I filled the AdBlue tank to the brim — and didn’t see any warnings again… until over a year later, when my engine suddenly stopped. I tried to top it up with AdBlue, but the tank was still full. It hadn’t used any AdBlue at all since the repair. A garage then inspected the van and confirmed that the AdBlue software had been deleted — meaning the vehicle had been tampered with and was not compliant with emissions regulations. I had unknowingly been driving an illegal vehicle for over a year, which could have left me at fault. When I contacted Jack Henry Group again and spoke to Peter Sendles, he claimed they had no record of me buying the van and told me to send over all correspondence. Since then, I’ve been constantly told, “Peter will call you back,” but I’ve heard nothing — despite repeated attempts to follow up. As a result, I’ve lost £13,819 and they’ve refused to help me fix or resolve the issue. I’ve now had to take the matter down the legal route. I will keep you updated with my progress and the outcome of the hole situation hopefully the Jack Henry group will decide to help me with my vehicle, who knows they didn’t seem that bad when I bought my vehicle. ⚠️ Please think twice before buying from the Jack Henry Group. Based on my experience, their after-sales support is non-existent, and I was left with a tampered vehicle, a huge financial loss, and no accountability from the seller.
