Unhelpful trader
purchased a car from this trader in May 2025 and reported a mechanical issue within the first few weeks. Despite contacting them several times, I experienced repeated delays and a lack of meaningful response. I eventually had to recover the car and pay for diagnostics and repairs myself, which revealed further faults. The trader refused to reimburse me, even though the issue was raised within the 30-day period under the Consumer Rights Act. Communication was slow and unhelpful throughout, and I’ve now had to send a formal legal letter and begin preparing a court claim. Overall, a stressful and disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this trader based on my experience.
