Unhappy customer
I have purchased Mazda cars for the last 18 years and have never had a bad word to say when these have come from JCT600 in Leeds, their service and aftercare was impeccable. Stoneacre on the other hand do not seem to grasp the idea of giving their customers that 'happy to deal with you' feeling. I wanted to part-ex my Mazda 2 1.5 e skyactive sport and told the sales guy I wanted 'like for like' just new. I was sent details of said car but was foolish enough not to read the full speck because I had put my trust in the sales team. Only after taking my deposit and signing the finance details was I given the keys. What a let down. I have tried to get my old car back (of which I was told was only worth £11,000, but for some reason is now on their website for £13,495 ????) and even though I have phoned and emailed to try and resolve this issue I am now here typing this negative message. Stoneacre have left me feeling that Car Sales people are just total rip-offs and will take whatever they can to get 'that sale'
