Lies, damage and terrible service

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Very shady business dealings, and incompetent and careless mechanics. My wife and I took our car in to be investigated and repaired under warranty, only to have them do additional investigation work without our consent and then try to charge us while pretending it was because warranty wouldn't pay out (we had to ring our warranty provider to get the full story and ensure we didn't have to pay). Additionally, they failed to clean the car as part of the service they provided. They then crashed our car without telling us, misaligning the wheels and causing scratches on the back, front and side of the car. They hid this from us and allowed us to drive home and find these issues ourselves. They have refused to own up to what they have done and now will not speak to us or rectify the situation, after having charged us over £700 for additional work
