Very disappointing
Very disappointed. I booked a service online expecting the details on the website to match what would be provided at the centre. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The dealership informed me they couldn’t carry out the service I’d requested—specifically one that included diagnostics. Essentially, they turned me away rather than run diagnostic checks on my vehicle. What makes this even more frustrating is that I used this same dealership to replace nearly every part on my previous vehicle, and their service was exceptional back then. I guess the good guys have moved on. The only silver lining was that I didn’t spend £320 on an unnecessary service. Thankfully, Halfords completed the diagnostics free of charge, which I really appreciated.
