AVOID AVOID at all costs!

Purchased a car from this company in June 2024, and within just a month, serious problems began to appear — including a faulty gearbox, a poorly repaired bumper, and substandard paintwork that had clearly been covered up. How this car was ever deemed safe and roadworthy is beyond comprehension! We later discovered that their so-called ‘service before sale’ had not been properly carried out. Two qualified mechanics confirmed that standard parts which should have been replaced were completely ignored; some parts found to be rotten & broken. When we contacted the company, they refused to honour the warranty we paid for and even accused us of causing the issues ourselves. We were repeatedly lied to, often told the manager was unavailable, and consistently met with aggressive and unprofessional communication. This was my daughter’s first car, and she’s now lost over £3,000 because of their dishonesty and negligence. Do not go near them.” If you do consider buying from them; which I don’t advise strongly, get a qualified mechanic to thoroughly check everything before you risk losing a lot of money. They also appear to have a lot of fake positive reviews on other platforms. Be warned.
