Car should be ready 3 days after deposit was paid (this is what I've been told). Today is 2 weeks later and no one is even bothered to let you know what is going on. I don't have even collection day yet and no one knows when car will be ready. I wouldn't buy anything from you if I would know it will be 2 weeks plus waiting to collect second hand car. No one feels responsible for this situation and im treated like what the hell I want from them - they are perfect and amazing. I can't also get full refund because we have agreement in place (yea but what about me? If I would be late with payment for you I will get penalty fees) but you can do whatever you want. I won't gave up on deposit i paid. I haven't changed mind, you failing to deliver car to me which I want and I paid deposit for. So if delay is from your fault why the hell I can't receive full refund? Collection date was rescheduled 3 times and we end up without any collection date at the moment. Today I noticed you put this car for sale again on your website without any contact with me (I thought you paying deposit to secure and reserve car) I had a lot of headache rescheduling insurance, cancelling, buying new one. I also lost money on it. Bought 9 cars already in past and never had such a bad experience. Better look for car somewhere else if you don't need hassle and headache. Check reviews on truspilot too - shocking! Waiting for full refund from you otherwise will try all legal ways to get money back!
