I don’t usually leave reviews...but in this case, it’s more than deserved. I purchased a BMW from Glynn Andrews Car Sales that unfortunately turned out to have a fault. What followed was nothing short of exceptional. Victor, the owner, took personal responsibility and went above and beyond to ensure the issue was thoroughly resolved. At great expense to himself — and without cutting corners, he made sure the car was properly repaired and returned to me in excellent condition. In a world where so many try to dodge accountability, Victor’s honesty, integrity, and commitment to doing the right thing genuinely stood out. He kept me informed every step of the way, showed genuine care, and treated me with complete respect throughout the entire process. You don’t often come across a garage that truly values its reputation and looks after customers the way Glynn Andrews does.
