A year of being with TOYOTA

In August 2024 i called the RRG TOYOTA HUDDERSFIELD to see if they had any bz4x in stock as this car was number one on my list. Lucky for me they had a brand new top spec bz4x in stock ready to go in a few days. After speaking with the manager who was very helpful he offered me a same day appointment to come and see the car in person and see if it meets my needs. The minute I got to the show room the car was waiting at the front entrance clean and glowing with bz4x energy. Iv never seen a car so beautiful. I went inside where I was greated with a receptionist who made me feel welcome and offered me a free complementary drink and a cookie. After sitting for about 2 minutes I was then greated by Jacob who walked me through the bz4x and all its features. He took me for a test drive in the bz4x they had as a test drive vehicle and I was sold. The comfort the style and efficiency was just too much not to get the vehicle. I then sat down with Jacob and went through everything and singed away. 4 days later I went back to collect my new bz4x the car was inside the show room covered in a black cloth with TOYOTA displayed on the front so it was like unwrapping a precent. Jacob walked through everything and set the car up to my phone and showed me how everything works. The car was clean and sparkling I couldn't of wished for a better experience. A year on iv had no problems with the car and today I had its first service 10k. I phoned toyota a week ago to book my car in on a date that suited me and they were more than happy to accommodate. After explaining about my recent operation and struggling to get the vehicle to them they said I problem Alex we offer and collection and delivery. I was blown away that they offered such a service. I was told I'd receive a call a few days later from the collection person. 2 days went by and I had a call from the amazing Louise who is a delight on the phone and her laugh is contagious I was made to feel at ease and that I truly appreciate. She informed me she would be here bright and early so the car could be in and out as fast as possible so my vehicle could return back to me. Louise came this morning with I'd and paperwork to assure me my car was safe and she would look after it. She is just like she is on the phone, bubbly happy and just a really nice person. With how life is its really nice to get people like this a breath of fresh air. She took my car and a few hours later my car was ready for delivery. Louise delivered my car back to me and went through everything with me any questions I had she answered. My car was cleaned inside and out and it looks just like the day I got it. Couldn't be more happier. I would always recommend RRG TOYOTA HUDDERSFIELD to anyone as they have the BEST TEAM iv ever had the privilege of meeting. From managment, to sales, to parts and services this place and the team deserves alot more recognition than they get. Truly a wonderful place with wonderful People I wouldn't go anywhere else . I look forward to purchasing another car with RRG HUDDERSFIELD IN 2027
