Service communication

We got a Yaris x 2 year ago no problem sales person v good, just had the first service pickup & returned the car no problem but we had some questions on the invoice and we’ve tried to call them but no answer 3 times left a message no response we got someone on the first call going to call us back but no call so not happy.
