Most incompetent Audi Dealer?

Booked an interview to view a car. Drove all the way through the appalling Wolverhampton traffic system…Sorry, the car has been sold. No message, no cancellation text, just it’s been sold. It is in an awful location and we struggled to get out of their congested parking area. Dreadful experience, never again! Audi dealers are pretty poor generally, but most of them can sell cars, but this place can’t even do that!
