Waste of time

Complete waste of time. I wouldn't even bother enquiring about another vehicle. I called and explained we would be travelling over 2 hours to view a van. The pictures looked like a tidy vehicle, with no real marks etc and tidy interior. I asked on the phone if it was as tidy as it looks in the pictures to be told "its a lovely clean van". 2 hours later I arrive to find half the drivers seat missing, a dent in the cab, the front bumper is not just scratched but gouged and the whole vehicle covered in concrete splashes. Even gravel, wood and half a traffic cone dumped in the back. None of which was pictured and had clearly been used after being photographed for the website. I questioned why he had lied over the phone to be told "it's a used van, and obviously not for you". Turned his back on me and walked away. Complete waste of a day and incredibly arrogant behavior.
