Be wary

Took my van in to have a diagnostic check thinking they be able to resolve the issue with it being a so called main dealership they had the vehicle for 4 days and I had been spending two days and large number of calls with no response to find out any updates they did two hours diagnosis to find out that they don’t know what is was or was unable to find issue even asking on the second day to get approval to get more time and more expense on my behalf to proceed with more time. Total rip off Over £300 pounds and then to get told they don’t know what the problem is and come and collect the vehicle, Think twice on using Charters Aldershot. Definitely wont be recommending them only recommendation I be saying is don’t use them! Took vehicle into an independent company and the “report I got from Charters “ it was mentioned that it sounded very suspicious on what they said or did .
