Engine Management Light
First and last car from this dealership, called in this morning with my "engine management light" showing only to be told they could book it in for the first week of September. I explained to the assistant that i/we are driving to Southampton on Friday for our holidays and didn't want to risk it but got the same response again so I asked to speak to the manager and after a couple of minutes he appeared. I explained the situation again to him and he just repeated what the lady had said about September, at that point I said "so if we set off for Southampton and break down leading us to miss our holiday what happens then?" to which he replied "that's not my concern is it" What an attitude for a manager, they have lost any future business from me and I'll tell others about there poor service and attitude to customers.
