Very bad service

I wanted to come and view one of their cars with a view to buying. Apparently I had to view it then leave a deposit (£250) while they ran 'checks' on it (THAT TAKES A WEEK) then have it delivered (for a further fee). They told me they didn't do view and buy/take away sales!
