Always impressed with customer service

I sometimes take my Yaris in for parts or labour. It is the one dealership that impresses me. Someone called Taylor fitted a windscreen wiper for me today and I feel he is worth a mention as he was amenable and smiled alot which helps these days. Great to have the windscreen wiper fiited by someone with nothing extra to pay for labour. Thanks.
