Grey ford fiesta / clutch fluid leak

I purchased a 66 plate grey ford fiesta 2 door reg BG66KSJ from nissan shefield. In short I returned the car two days later as the brake & clutch fluid warning light came on. The car didn't have any fluid in the reservoir. On filling the reservoir, the fluid started dripping from the engine bell housing. On a 3rd party inspection, the fluid was leaking from the clutch plate. The car is now up for sale again, so hopefully this has now been fixed and a new clutch plate has been fitted. I rejected the car and received a full refund. They had offered to fix the vehicle, but if something as important as the brake fluid had been missed, I was no longer confident in the car.
