Great help resolving issues

I purchased my Rs4 just over 2 weeks ago, the car was delivered to South Wales after agreeing a proce over the phone, I had 14 days to check and return the car if I wasn't happy with anything, as per consumer rights.. I had the car checked using Swansea Audi free health check, a few items of concern were flagged up, mainly leaking suspension pipes, loose heat shield and 2 tyres in need of replacing (the tyres had 4mm tread across over 3/4 width, but had slits on the inner edges, not visible unless the car was up on an over head lift). I dealt with 2 Ben's when contacting the garage to report the issues. I believe it was Ben Swarbrick who I dealt with to resolve my car woes. We agreed to a list of work that could be completed by Swnasea Audi to repair the faults the found. The total cost was around £1600. Which was paid for by Glasshoughton Car Sales. Ben was very easy to deal with, professional/ friendly and most of apologetic for having the car delivered with these issues. Will definitely use this garage again when I'm looking for my next vehicle. Top after-sales service . 👍
