Purchased a vw polo in April for my son who was a new driver and has a baby. Straight away there was an issue with the water pump and Ian took this and had it fixed. My husband then drove it and noticed there was no power in the car so took to a machanic. They couldn’t get the wheel off so I phoned Ian who was very defensive and said the lock and wheel there provided then told us where to take it to get these removed at a cost to us of £70. This was July. The brakes were down to the metal so we paid for these to be replaced £130. They found a fault with dpf and gave us the name of an automechanic who sorted this at a cost of £300. He advised that 3 of the warning bulbs were missing from the dash. Engine management light dpf and something else. There’s no other way these bulbs would be missing without being removed. I messaged Ian re this and received no reply!! Buy from somewhere else
