Car Sold Broken - Lied about Inspection

I bought a car from Good Gears Cars Limited and drove it home 150 miles. On the way home the engine and oil light came on so I called and told them this. They said they were unaware of these problems, however I saw the previous MOT there was an Oil Leak and problems with the engine, then the MOT they put it through passed. I got an independent garage to look at it and the same problems from the previous MOT were present. The garage lied and passed the car unlawfully with the same problems. I again called back and they said they weren’t aware of these issues, either they flat out broke the law or they have a mechanic who did. They promised to pay for the repairs. I provided them with an invoice for the repairs, which they did not acknowledge. I tried calling them on numerous occasions and was ignored, they only finally answered when I rang on withheld. They said they would send the payment to me that day. Then didn’t. I called and requested payment again, they said the boss was on holiday, and the payment was sent but they need to ring him now to “bother him” as if I was impeding. They lied and said it was sent again and this would take 3 hours to clear, Agin I received no payment. To cut a long story short they sold me a car with faults and tried to lie and cover them up. They give unlawful and dodgy MOTs so if you are stupid enough to buy a car from them, make sure you take it to get an independent MOT so you can get this fixed.
