Poor service, don't trust the nice talk.

Purchased Audi TT and after 7 months a hole appeared in the dashboard where they must have previously covered damage up. Contacted Dan at BRM and he said it's my fault for the cleaning chemical used when cleaning the dashboard (Autoglym Interior Shampoo!) and its NOT down to them. I have photos of the car before i purchased and a badge was on the dashboard and BRM removed the badge prior to me purchasing and this is obviously when the damage has occurred and then they have poorly repaired.......deal with at your own peril.
