Terrible customer service
Bought a Range Rover Vogue 3 months ago from them who told me they had 2 keys , only one was present and they said when they receive the other key they would send it to me, After about 12-15 phone calls and many many messages I’ve text and voice mail, I still haven’t received the other key, they told me they would get one to me and I could visit Hatfield landrover as that was nearest to me, they didn’t do that, again after another couple of calls they told me I had to drive 170 miles to them so as they could get one coded for me, they replied to my Google review saying they reduced the price of the vehicle , The price was reduced before I purchased it from £30,000 to £29,500 this had nothing to do with the key at all, Every time I call the person I need to speak with is unavailable and keep getting passed around to 5 different people, Absolutely disgusting behavior in my opinion, What should I have to do a 340 mile round trip when all they had to do was send me a key and I get it coded at a local Land Rover garage and they foot the bill, will never recommend this garage to anyone You have been warned Street clear
