Avoid Cinch – Faulty Car, Zero Service,
We bought a 2021 For Tourneo Connect from Cinch (51,000 miles) with one goal: to have a reliable, hassle-free vehicle for our family, especially with kids and an upcoming holiday. Instead, Cinch handed us a complete nightmare. Within 5 miles, the engine management light came on. From there, it only got worse: The car stinks of smoke inside — never disclosed The interior roof is burnt Rust all over the seat fixings — on a 2021 car! Constant errors and warning lights And to top it off, a service light appeared almost immediately I checked the air filter — it was a filthy mess, full of dead flies, leaves, and dirt. How can a car like this pass any “quality check”? It clearly hadn’t been inspected or serviced at all. This was supposed to be a peace-of-mind upgrade for our family, and instead Cinch gave us stress, inconvenience, and completely derailed our plans. The whole point was to have a dependable car for the kids, daily use, and a holiday trip — all of which have been thrown into chaos. And their customer service? Absolutely useless. No phone support. Emails ignored. No urgency to resolve anything. We’re now having to return the car under their 14-day policy and raise formal complaints with both Cinch and the finance provider. This whole experience has been a disgrace from start to finish. Do not trust this company with your time, your money, or your family’s safety. They claim to make buying a car simple — in reality, it’s been a total disaster.
