Terrible service

The car had over a thousand miles more than stated online, Rob (the salesman) kept playing it down saying it was only a few hundred miles more. We put the deposit down and they told us that it will be done by a certain date, then the day before we were meant to pick it up they called and said it won’t be ready for a couple more days. When we went there to talk about the situation the car was no longer there, after a while they brought it back and stated that it went to go get its tyres changed even though they informed us that everything gets done in their personal workshop. After fully paying for the car, insurance, road tax, etc… it stopped working as soon as we left the shop multiple times. As I was driving the car stopped multiple times and would not restart, which not only could have put me and the passangers in danger, but also blocked road access. The car alarm was also defected and would not stop going off even thought all the windows and doors were shut. After this we decided we wanted to return it, the manager (Russel) were also rude and just tried to get rid of us as fast as possible as they had other customers in the sales shop. Then they told us their car breakdown service will pick it up which was late by multiple hours. The car also had a service and other warning lights come on even though they informed us that it had just gotten a full service. Do not recommend whatsoever, I was left without a car for weeks as I was relying that this one would work.
