Awaiting return of deposit 6 weeks later

I looked at an Audi Q3 with this dealer and was asked to put down a deposit of £250 whilst I thought about it overnight. I decided against the car the next day and advised the dealer by email. I’m still awaiting the return of my deposit 6 weeks later despite 5 phone calls back and forth.
