Disappointed

Ordered a car with a specific color and configuration. The car was delivered and ready for collection. The sales team was very pushy to collect on a specific date that was not suitable for me. I didn't have the chance to inspect the car before actually paying for it. I also paid extra for detailing. Upon inspection at home, it turned out that the car was not even inspected for sale (it was delivered the day before from a different depot). There were damaged rear seats, numerous paint chips, and an awful upholstery smell. The car was completely unprepared to be handed over to the customer. The car has a TCU issue, and warranty repairs are a nightmare
