Terrible customer experience

Booked in for a test drive four days in advance. When I arrived I was told they were too busy and I wouldn’t be able to complete the test drive. The offered to book me in on a different day. If they are not interested in providing the service they promised before I buy my car I wonder what terrible experiences would await me if I had bought a car from this place.
