AVOID! ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY DONT CARE I part ex a Audi A6 Avant 2015 for 2021 Tesla model 3, before trading my Audi in I noticed some knocking on the left front, I was very open with the dealership and agreed that I would have the car repair for when I traded costing around £350 for a lower arm and driveshaft. The car had huge amounts of service history and that good of condition one of the staff was having it. After trading, i washed the car I noticed paint pealing and flaking on the front wing (poor paint repair), I contacted the dealer with photos of this and some other scratches, the response was basically sold as seen very poor when you buy a car for £19,000 plus, the car is 4 year old so I can accept the scratches but the wing is not the condition how try to showcase the stock POOR AFTER SALES WONT BE USING AGAIN
