Two services both ruined my day

Over the last couple of years we’ve had this dealership service our car. They’ve always been late, inefficient and not communicative. This is indicative of Audi as a whole who we have had to take to the on ombudsman. Long gone other days of Audi quality we’ve seen a serious last 15 years of having Audi cars.
