Amazing Service

We recently collected our new Dacia from Budgens Shrewsbury. When we got called in to look at an Upgrade Event we made it very clear that we had decided at our last service a year ago that we would not be using Budgens again. We did not have a good experience last year and made it very clear at the time that when the contract for our car came to an end we would be moving dealership. We love the Dacia cars so were planning to move to the dealership in Chester. Sean Adams Encouraged us to go in for a finance review anyway and assured us as we still had plenty of time yet before making any decision as we had only had the car 2 yrs. Sean was very professional, he listened to us, accepted there had been problems at the time but assured us that things had improved and that we would not have that same treatment again, He spent a long time getting to know us . Before leaving that day we had been reassured we were happy to stay with Budgens and had ordered a new car which we collected on Aug 6th. The whole process with Sean has gone very smoothly and he has kept us updated along the way to handover. Sean Adams is a credit to the company and the only reason we have stayed with Budgen Motors.
