They took a fully refundable £250 deposit from me to lock in viewing of a car. I called the next day to cancel as my wife wasn't happy with the look of the car from the website (we hadn't even viewed it). Now I have been chasing for 2 months and they still haven't refunded the deposit. Utter Scum - AVOID at all costs
