Poor service

Very pleased with the Honda vehicle, however service very poor. We made a compliant via email on 25 th July and still not received a reply. Vehicle not UpTo specification on collection, vehicle had to be returned to complete very poor paint work. Very poor emails on communication, paperwork sent late.
