A very poor experience

Bought a BMW 330D from this dealership. Was told amber light was just a service light I could re set. Intro - drivetrain issue which I now have to fix. Told noddy work had no major faults - major 6 inch mark on bonnet where “a tile hit it” - now getting bonnet re sprayed. Given a 3 year warranty and when I went to use it for the drivetrain issue it turns out it was started over one month before I bought the car so less than 2 month warranty. Chip in windscreen on drivers side that they told me was fine and it passed the MOT. National windscreens said too big to repair and had to have a new windscreen. Told tyres had a good 10000 miles in them . Kwik Fit say less than 1000 and recommend I change them within next two weeks. Parcel shelf was missing - told it would be sent to me - never was . Then said they would pay for one I could buy. Have never paid. Have called / messaged several times and just get ignored. From my experience I would never shop there again and recommend you avoid them. Happy to provide photos or speak to anyone who questions my review as 100% true and it has cost me a lot as garage in Blackburn and I am Bristol. Have also informed Auto Trader as that is where I found them
