Avoid garage

Bought a Tuscon 2019 plate in May 2025. Fuel gauge not working. Damaged fuel tank. ( Discovered after a mechanic checked car) Returned to Seaford Brooklyn “friendly “ garage to be repaired. 4,weeks later car returned. After mechanic inspection, found a damaged 2nd hand fuel tank had been installed. Told this was acceptable by aftersales team Dan & Manager Director Geri. Threatened by them that they’d call the police if I didn’t return courtesy car. I replied I would return car once I had a full refund & they could have the Tuscon. They refused a full refund until they had courtesy car. Driver was told to make her own way back to Seaford and not take Tuscon back with her… a 3/4 hour journey on the train! Customer service is appalling in this garage. Rude, aggressive, dismissive of any wrong doing by fixing car my car with a second hand part. They are selling the same car with damaged fuel tank! I returned both cars. No apologies from Dan & Geri.
