AVOID!

Avoid at all costs. I’ve just lost £2000 on a car that I had bought from here in a February. After two days a fault occurred and Mike had this fixed for me. After two months the same fault occurred and once plugged into the computer other very major faults showed. Mike did offer to have the car repaired again, however he refused to engage with any discussion of a refund under the Consumer Rights Act. I was without a car for over 6 weeks. Eventually, Mike agreed to a refund after being reported to trading standards and the AA complaints team as he is supposedly an AA approved dealer. Citizens advice supported me with this. I also had to threaten legal action with the support of Citizens advice, to which all he would reply was ‘go on take the legal route then’. After a long six weeks he agreed to a refund, but for £2000 less than I had bought the car for. Please avoid at all costs. I wouldn’t want someone else to go through what we have been through.
