My car 'died' and I was pretty desperate as I am an elderly lady living in a rural village with no public transport, so having a vehicle is an absolute necessity. Before visiting Marton Road Car Sales in Middlesbrough I had spent two full weeks searching dealers in Hartlepool and Stockton to no avail. I am partially disabled and therefore had a very specific list of requirements for any potential vehicle, many of which were non-negotiable; this did not seem to cause the owner any concern - he immediately advised on makes and models that might fit the bill and offered to undertake a search for me. Within 10 days he had found a couple of options for me, one of which was perfect - low mileage, in immaculate condition, full service record and at an affordable price! When I picked up the car it had been newly serviced, taxed and tested, at no further cost to me, so I had nothing to do except transfer my insurance and drive it home. I was told to bring it straight back if I found any issues at all. Throughout the process I was treated with kindness and respect, I have waited a few weeks before posting this review - putting on some miles to really test it, just in case anything should go wrong, but I am delighted to say that my 'new' car is exactly as promised - comfortable to sit in, easy to drive, has a boot large enough to take a mobility scooter should I need one and with an economical fuel consumption. I would highly recommend this dealer.
