WRDavies Llangefni – Poor Service and Un

I purchased a brand new Ford Focus from WRDavies in Llangefni just four months ago, and the entire experience has been nothing short of shocking from start to finish. What should have been an exciting new car purchase has turned into a nightmare of miscommunication, defects, and unresponsive service. First off, the car arrived without the features I specifically requested and discussed during the sales process,The dealership claims they explained that these features weren't included but that's simply not true – no such explanation was given, and I feel misled right from the beginning. On the day I picked up the brand new vehicle, I noticed the rear light was already scratched The staff took photos and assured me it would be sorted, but here we are months later, and I'm still waiting for them to get in touch to arrange to sort and fix it. No updates, no follow-up nothing. Now to add insult to injury, the electric motor on the driver's seat has completely broken This makes it impossible for my partner to drive safely as she cant reach the pedals. Ford Assist told me the car is "safe to drive," but that's ridiculous given the issue. When I contacted WRDavies Llangefni about this, they said they don't have a courtesy car available, leaving me stranded without a reliable vehicle with having to attend work and having small children. Throughout all of this, the service has been abysmal. I've had to do all the chasing endless phone calls and emails on my end, with zero proactive communication from them. I've left two voicemails for the sales manager asking for a call back, and I've heard absolutely nothing. It's very frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend WRDavies Llangefni to anyone. If you're considering buying a car here, think twice the lack of accountability and customer care is unacceptable for a dealership selling new vehicles. I'm deeply disappointed and totally regret my purchase. If thinking about buying a new vehicle or a second hand one I would definitely recommend going somewhere else to avoid disappointment and the hassle.
