MIS-SELLING WARRANTY

my wife bought a car and i tried to take out the extended warranty. both me and my wife got refused for the payment plan so couldn't get the warranty. even though we have proof the payment plan got rejected and the warranty wasn't accepted Evans Halshaw are now chasing me for the full amount for the warranty. not sure they understand no payment plan no warranty I've sent the proof about being rejected and the moron on the phone still thinks it needs paying.
