What has happened to the branch !!!!

What on earth has happened to Sauchie Arnold Clark, I have been a loyal customer for years, long before it was taken over by Arnold Clark. Myself, wife and son have always used this dealership. Went in and all the old sales team are away, Stewart Long, Russell McFarlane and all the old team. Our visit was awful, nobody knew us, the sales guy was only looking at pound signs. No customer loyalty at all. Tried to find out where Stewart had moved to and nobody knew !!! Or want to tell us. We ended up going to another garage and my wife bought it from a different dealer, great customer experience. My son got a phone call to explain it would be a good time to change car. We went along, again awful experience and no longer interested in valued customers using garage for 30 plus years. Sales person was very young and too pushy and overconfident and only wanted a sale. We left really disappointed and disgusted at place, again nobody would let us know where any of the old sales team were. This week Stewart Long contacted my son as promised when he worked in Sauchie branch, to advise to change car, we went to Falkirk where he is now based. Absolutely fantastic service was like how our experiences were always like and my son bought his new car. Absolutely amazing customer service and support from Stewart long in falkirk. Sadly Arnold Clark, what have you done to the Sauchie branch and old staff who were there for years. I have never felt so let down by a place that used to have wonderful staff who valued their customers. Sadly now your only a number and a sale.
